Submitting Proposals Hello Guest! Below are the steps to submitting a proposal. Create a new thread. Name the topic. (Ex: [Ranks] Blue Ranks) Post the images in the topic in a presentable form. Hit the send button and post the topic. Wait for your proposal to be accepted or denied. Important 1. Graphics must belong to you. 2. Graphics must be high quality.
